Synopsis

Lou and Stella are two wolves who work in their city’s most technologically advanced scientific research center. During an experiment that attempts to achieve digital immortality through science and technology, their relationship falls under threat of an unexpected conspiracy plotted by external forces. Through their journey, the two lovers learn to contemplate the idea of pursuing eternity with greater depth, and learn to see the world through a new, more meaningful lens.

Director's Comment

As an animation director and a storyteller, I have always been interested in the inseparable relationship between humanity and modern technology. I believe that the science fiction genre has limitless potential to offer inspiration to future technology and day-to-day life, and that such philosophical inspirations are able to illuminate previously unexpected insights regarding humanity. Through the science fiction elements used within the film, the film explores humanity’s desire for the idea of eternity, and cinematically explores what that desire may mean in a world that relentlessly pursues endless technological progress.
