Synopsis

Life, in and of itself, constitutes dazzling beauty, hope, happiness and light. At the same time, it can be meaningless and shallow, leading to despair, fear, sorrow and gloom. Origin poses its core message by asking spiritual questions about our very existence. Where do we come from and where are we going? What is our true origin?

Director's Comment

Surrounded by the vast expanse of the universe we are but microscopic creatures, no bigger than specks
of dust. And yet, each and everyone of us carries an immense universe within themselves. After all,
everything is connected and part of the same cycle. Using grand-scale images and music, Origin depicts
the very source of life in a poetic and abstract way. As such, it enables the audience to reawaken the
conflicting emotions and irrational views they may have experienced over the course of their lifetime. Life,
in and of itself, constitutes dazzling beauty, hope, happiness and light. At the same time, it can be
