Bryan, KIM is the general manager of theJeon-Buk Independent Film Association, a programmer at the Jeon Ju Citizen Film& Video Festival, and a member fo the narrative film committee of theAssociation of Korea Independent Film & Video.

Jinny H.J. CHOO
Jinny H.J. CHOO worked for the PuchonInternational Student Animation Festival as a film festival manager from 2000to 2002, and worked for Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival asa programmer from 2003 to 2005. At present, she is an executive committeemember of Korean Independent Animation Filmmakers Association, and theprogramming director and programmer of Indie-AniFest 2005. She also teaches animationat the Korea Animation High School.

KIM Sang-Hwa
KIM Sang-Hwa is the chairman of the BusanAssociation of Independent Film, the festival director of Busan InternationalKids’ Film Festival, and a member of the Pusan International Film Festivalexecutive committee. Additionally, he is a professor at Busan Arts College.

Malcolm TURNER
Malcolm TURNER is theExecutive Director and one of the three founders of the Melbourne InternationalAnimation Festival-MIAF (www.miaf.net).It recently celebrated its 5th festival and screens more than 250films. He is also the Executive Director of the Australian InternationalAnimation Festival-AIAF(www.aiaf.com.au) which is a smaller touring version of MIAF and screens in fivecities around Australia. He is the co-director of the London InternationalAnimation Festival (www.liaf.org.uk) and the animation programmer for the New Zealand Film Festival.He also curates programs of animated films for cultural organizations inAustralia such as the National Gallery of Australia and the National Museum ofAustralia.

RHEE Hye-Won
RHEE Hye-Won graduatedfrom Hanyang University with a degree in theater and cinema, and established‘Maru’, a Claymation studio in 1994. From 1996 to 1997, she worked for theSeoul International Cartoon and Animation Festival (SICAF) as an animationcurator, and participated in the production of ‘The Flying Super-Board’ as aproducer in 1998. She was the secretary of policy at the Korean AnimationProducers Association from 1998 to 2000. Since 2002, she has been working forSunwoo Entertainment as a producer in their Animation Division.

KIM Joon-Yang
Ananimation film critic and theorist, his bibliography includes ‘Animation,Alchemy of Images’ (2001). At present, he Is a member of the editorial board of‘Animation: An Interdisciplinary Journal’, a subcommittee member of the KoreanFilm Council, and a member of the executive committee of the Korean IndependentFilmmakers Association. He teaches at Kaywon School of Art & Design,Chung-Ang University Graduate School of Advanced Imaging Science, Multimedia,and Film, and the Korean Academy of Film Arts.

KIM In-Tae
KIMIn-Tae is known as the first Korean director at the National Film Board ofCanada. He graduated from Hongik University College of Fine Arts in 1958, andjoined the National Film Production of Korea as a director of artistic andcultural films in 1959. In 1967, he joined the National Film Production ofCanada as an animated film director and created ‘Korean Alphabet’, which wonthe Gold Prize in Instruction Part at the Tehran International Film Festivalfor Children. Later, he worked for Korea Broadcasting System as a producer, amember of the Program Evaluating Committee, the Chief of International SupportDepartment, and a member of the Broadcasting Committee He retired from KBS in1988.
