When she gets her work place, Kang-nam, the time is almost summer and cicadas are singing loudly. she starts distributing flyers to passersby, which is her temporary job.After few times passes by, leave are falling from the trees. she is on her way back home. When she takes off the bus, everything is covered with white snow. And she falls into a sleep with the feelings that doesn't exist anywhere, after the way back.

A few days later, while visiting a hospital to remove some substances between her winkles, she ran into the man of her destiny as her assigned doctor. She feels very shameful while the man practices the operation to remove such dirty and ugly substances between her winkles. She visits the plastic surgery office in order to remove her winkles permanently, and becomes a pig through a recipe from the wicked spirit in the kitchen. Without winkles, she leaves for the hospital to confess her love to the man.
