CoMix Wave Films is a production and distribution company that discovers and develops such talented directors.

Makoto SHINKAI, the director of [Your Name], was once known only to a few, but he is now widely recognized. When he debuted with his first film, he was all alone. But Comix Wave Films saw his talent and potential, and has worked with him ever since.

His isn’t the only story of finding raw gems and crafting them into precious stones.

Director Shuhei MORITA, known for [Tokyo Ghoul], collaborated with CoMix Wave Film on his first project [Kakurenbo: Hide and Seek].

This program of works invited from abroad presents CoMix Wave Films' leading animations. Producer Kazuki SUNAMI, the international manager and a member of the company’s board, will also share with the audience how he found and worked together with these hidden gems.
