Synopsis
Welcome to my hometown!
Director's Comment
To me, Korea is my home where I feel connected to on a deep level, yet I often have a hard time feeling the sense of belonging. I chose the collage technique where various images are individually made and later assembled, in order to give that unsettling feeling. I also combined realistic sounds with exaggerated, almost cartoonish sound effects.
