Synopsis

A sketchbook contains ideas for desks and chairs and shows the relationships, social phenomena, and free creativity that surround them: a seemingly perfect partner; a desk for secrets; a fugitive; a dinner-table community; a one-sided relationship; belongings; pressure; a meeting place; and conversations.

Director's Comment

Objects are given meaning by their primary purpose, but they cannot be defined solely by their function. This film reimagines the mundane objects that quietly exist all around us. It visualizes the cultural phenomena, interpersonal relationships, and psychological effects caused by ordinary objects.
