Synopsis

En route with his girlfriend, a man is stabbed by a junkie on the subway. Before he dies, childhood memories flash by of his best friend who ended up in a grim world of drugs and violence due to a dealer from their working-class neighbourhood. Unusual combination of techniques and materials: oil paintings, drawings and 3D computer animation. Winner Grand Prix Dutch animation HAFF 2013 and Trade Award for Dutch animation HAFF 2013 of the Association of the Netherlands Animation Producers (VNAP).
