Eun-yiis preparing to cook a mackerel, but the death of the fish on the cutting boardmakes her uneasy. Is the fish's death something we should take for granted?

Thisfilm is about the insights gained from a family's obituary and, moreover, theimportance of all living things, even those that end up on the cutting board.
