Synopsis

A meteor fell off the moon and made a crash landing on Earth. It spends its time searching for its fragments. After finding all the them, the meteor heads high to get closer to the moon, and starts shooting fragments at it with a bow aimed at it. The fragments shot up are like shooting stars rising upward. The meteor imagines the moment it gets closer to the moon, looking at the fragments that burst after almost reaching the moon.

Director's Comment

Ryang Yu's song "Moon" is a song that compares the distance between the moon and the earth, which is neither completely distant nor close, to the distance from the past lover. With reference to the background of such song, I wanted to express the distance between the moon and the meteor, and the meteor expressing the desire to reach the moon, using the element of flowers.

It feels as if we had a dream about heading to the moon. The dreamlike song and animation are truly beautiful.

LEE Jonghoon 

The night sky and light are expressed with rough yet delicate textures, and the contrast between light and dark works in harmony with the music. When the pale light gathers together and then finally explodes, it paradoxically gives a feeling of warmth.

Waves of dreamlike feelings are created as the dazzling burst of falling stars harmonizes with the music and moving images.
